you're being downvoted because your initial statement is an incorrect response to OP's question - "when was the last time she was played" and not "when was the last time she had a high pickrate"

three flashes at round start is too belligerent

it's kinda convoluted but maybe if the third one started on a cooldown and/or the cooldown was something like 60s since she starts with two anyway

Flashes is too much and healing will always just improve ranked not pro

Imo dog recharge is the fix. Initiators cannot be competitive without a signature but recharging flashes is too much. The already 4 times nerfed dog pushes against other initator's niches much less than the flashes do while still being desirable.

How is recharging flashes too much but a recharging dog isn't? That's even more information than you'd get with a flash, which is the primary reason they were OP to begin with

Flashes were broken in the meta where double controller was the only thing worth playing because she let you pop flash through all your smokes 5-6 times a round if you wanted AND gave as much info as other initiator options

Dog is good but it's not 6 extremely flexible flashes.
