Ranked system is dogshit so you essentially just have to abuse it into your favour:
- First of all, I'd suggest queuing with 1 or 2 people that you know are consistent enough aim and agent wise whilst also not tilting easily or blaming teammates and instead focus on what they're doing wrong individually or don't mind you telling them those things.
- Another thing is keeping team moral high, Whether this is " NT's " or " Nice shots " , Just ensure youre allowing your team to feel good about rounds you lose. 100% more difficult when people are tilted or dcing from games because of their fragile mentals, Make it a rule to comm in voice and keep it active enough that people are happy enough to speak
- I know this sounds stupid but its 100% easier to rank up when keeping these things in mind, Rather than complaining about the RR youre losing ( As realistically we all know its inconsistent and will only benefit those overachieving ) try and find initial ways to avoid this , Obviously you cant win every game, but make it a rule to provide some level of team atmosphere, Even if this is calling a silly strat like 5 man brawling A main and retaking B with a breach ult.

not to glaze myself but i really do all of these things especially never tilting and keeping the morale high even if we our down 0-12, i play with my friends who are infact very good (if these retards can let of their girls whilst being mid match) but it literally baffled me that i got hit with -16, when my friend got -7
