He is waiting for if he get ban like other coaches.
then he can share evidence and give massive backlash to riot

(sharing evidence now is worst possible timing)

he can't share it with the public prob cuz that'll just make it even worse and maybe get sued

well i think it's just a general rule that like if it's actual "crimes"(i say crimes bc idk what else to call it but yk what i mean) then running to twitter to air it out is A. a bad pr move and B. makes the whole thing messy. cuz then riot would have to worry about pr and like what if all those accusations aren't true? then frost could be sued for defamation

i actually don't know anything about law and i actually would like for someone to correct me on this but that's my understanding

Nationality is not excuse for prosecution of crimes not unless youre a diplomat/president with immunity, territoriality principle applies in general unless otherwise stated. So i guess they are not sharing it to public because 1. They are not obligated; 2. To avoid legal problems. This is due diligence on their part so the public is not in their right to demand talon to show evidence.

for anyone wondering:

As the Seoul Law Group (1) states ‘Defamation or slander laws in South Korea are very different from those in other countries. Any words, even if it’s the truth, harming another can be considered illegal and may be punishable with fines or even imprisonment’.

one caveat is if that information is for the good of the public but that's also very subjective so that's hard
