Group Omega plays Group alpha teams. Now we won't be able to see the legendary 100T vs furia matchup.

id say it is as well. just besides the fact that records saved last year

I think it just depends what you wanna see I'm just excited g2 and sen in one group together bouta be a banger stage 2 gonna have some insane group games with c9 eg g2 and 2g with spike back

I guess the issue that they saw was the possibility that one group won't have enough wins to justify their qualification to playoffs

There's also the apparent necessity of making the groups as balanced as possible, hence why the new seedings based on stage 1.
