apparently frost has enough proof and has presented it to riot, but they did nothing. so riot actually doesn't care about the issue because enforcing it would affect half of the franchising teams in pacific basically. korean teams have done this allegedly for years btw. these rumours are not new.

Seems they are going through the right people to report the issue, presenting evidence. But then it seems to go quiet from there. Can’t just smear this stuff publicly without going through the offical channels first without risking your career
