I've always thought about it like strategies are your macro and the little tactics you implement while following the strategy as micro

macro is the big picture of the gameplay: who is playing where on the map, what are the tendencies of the enemy team, how's the economy, what ults are available and how can they be used etc etc

macro - overall game plan or could be round specific... eg. split c haven through garage

micro - the fine details of that gameplan or of the round... eg are garage guys going first, what util we using for what and what order, ults etc

little picture, big picture

micro is your mechanics as an individual and as a team: trading your teammates effectively, on the fly util combos, aim, movement etc
macro is wider decisions that effect how a round is played as a whole: do we fast B here because we know that tends to be their weak side, are we going to do a double orb default to get a big ult online

macro can be interpreted as an entire strat but micro is how you play in between the rnds on your own
