G2 lose one VERY close series to sentinels (who are now in the grand final) and won close games against EG and 100T and everyone is acting like they belong in tier 2 again

they're still good, people just can't support one team without bringing down others 🫃

I think it's more so that G2 play a style that many viewers do not like to watch (me too to an extent) but I think they are still a very likeable team. EG also had the miracle run narrative + prime yay + underdog status. Hard to not dislike that.

G2 would be less hated if they weren't so fucking boring to watch
