+1, i feel like dexter is only good for like 4 seasons and then it just goes downhill from there

true, dexter is one of those shows which builds stories really well but the endings are usually pretty bad
but in retrospect maybe that horrendous season 8 ending is what allowed them to bring it back for new blood

original sin was pretty good though including the ending
