in myhometown Inner Mongolia have a traditional breakfast called “Bèizi” It is a round, oven-baked flatbread with a crispy exterior, soft interior, and a distinct wheat aroma enhanced by charcoal fire roasting.you can stuff it with fried eggs, braised meat, or pickles to create a hearty "Chinese-style sandwich." i always miss that when i Far from home
