I think 14 or 15 would be perfect, coz its really hard to comeback when you lose both pistols + barriers are too near the bombsites.

Do u guys think 13 rounds are ok?

Valo rounds are faster than CS rounds, tho. So it could be Bo5 in the finals. I mean, once u drop the barrier people can be already shooting at their enemies.
