last year during Pacific kickoff during the match between Bleed and T1, during map 1 of breeze if I'm not mistaken, there was a 5 hour tech pause.

Americas production is the basic done right. Decent observing, good pre and post match stuff, good replays, very few tech pauses and when they happen they are pretty fast, just not much to complain about but little to praise as well
