Genuinely curious and not flaming cause I love the guy but does anyone else think Zekken is underperforming a bit recently considering his potential? Or am I just being a hater

typically when duelists underperform there are several other factors, namely that he went from sacy and tenz/zellsis setup to johnqt and narrate (considerably worse at initiator)

I just mean worse at setting up the entry, probably worse at calling, JohnQT initiator util isnt as good as tenz/zellsis kayo/gekko or zellsis breach either imo also tenz yoru
Not worse in general, just worse for him.
i.e. not being able to stare at the shining bald head for example, I think it could be a demotivating for zekken.
SEN on the whole has done a really shit job actually integrating and adapting to the fact they have two different players. Bang doesn't play exactly like Tenz and Narrate is a bit weaker at util but better at shooting than Sacy.
This on top of the fact they've messed up their roles to put their IGL on initiator based on 0 evidence so they now have z0llsis on an important fragging role and John off his comfortable role.
No shocks they're worse and Zekken is by proxy. He's very much a system player.
I think its not underperformance, rather he's just playing mainly yoru, and yoru isn't as frag focused as an agent like Jett or Raze, if you look at the Icebox against Kru when Zekken was on Jett he had a good performance despite his team not doing that well.
maybe, but seems a bit like cope when you have people like Izu and Jawg farming on Yoru, but I agree that it's harder
I mean even if you look at the games where Jawg and Izu play Yoru, most the time they are not getting the most kills on their team with a couple of exceptions.
