when I don’t work I try to get in 3 hours of cardio a day on the treadmill, I usually do 4 incline @ 4.1-4.5 speed.
for weights I just do a chest + tricep, back + bicep + forearms, and legs + shoulders split repeating twice a week. when i work im only on the treadmill for about an hour cause I tend to get at least 13k steps while there
I don’t do 3 hours continuously, I usually break it up into 1.5 hour sessions
