I was brushing my teeth and I was brushing really hard and my gum is bleeding 😭😢🙏

Don’t too brush too hard, it negatively affects you more than it does any good. Also floss like 2-3 times a day using a manual flosser.

Ive been told that if you bleed from your gums after brushing it usally means you dont brush enough so your gums arent used to the brushing

maybe try brushing twice a day!
