G2 will win a trophy this year, I think all g2 should still feel pretty confident about themselves for the rest of the season. It was a depressing loss but its all part of the sport. How you respond and bounce back is what really matters from here
no they wont, theyre many changes in rosters of teams and there were recent roster changes. there are also role changes in a team like PRX if that counts.. it will be hard

I agree, but this G2 team is built to be consistent, they level of play they show most of the times is almost perfect. Bo5s is a problem for them tho
genuinely believe if there was a second matchup between them, g2 wins, idk why but i feel like it, same happened vs edg (please dont hate because i wanted t1 to win)
One of the toughest opponents ever to play against in any day, I genuinely think out of 10 games they would beat most teams 9 times, absolutely insane squad
ngl so many times it looked like G2 were gonna win then T1 somehow pulled the most insane plays. Fair play to T1 but I did not expect them to close it. Kinda feel bad for G2
Thing is. In 2021 and 2022 we realistically had 2 or 3 good teams in the world with every other team playing for scraps. That’s just not the case anymore with franchise qualification instead if regionals.
Gambit was insane, but if you look at the run for gambit and optic at champs, you’ll see that they basically only played 1 or 2 good teams and the rest were there to fill the space
if this defeat doesn't break them, they will come back... but it's so heartbreaking for them, so we'll see
I would argue EG at tokyo as well. They beat drx, loud and prx. And were so close to beating fnatic.
