apeks 5th having visa issues

last year they allowed team heretics to play online because of visa issues so why wouldnt they allow it for apeks aswell? why is everyone talking about them having a sub for the kickoff

APEK's 5th probably have visa issues for registration to work in Germany, Reins and woot case they have work visa in germany but don't have the VISA to enter the country. Registration for work and enter the country 2 different thing probably.
