Cons:

• HYUNMIN is not quite as good as BuZz, and his value compared to BuZz is only going to decrease post-9.11
• Athan is not very good. BeYN was more consistent, more flexible, had better util, and gave great comms in comparison.

Pros:

• free1ng is extremely good. So much fragging power, and seems to be a good igl so far.
• MaKo is no longer igl (massive).
• Flashback gets to consistently be on his comfort role and can be more focused on lurking.
• New roster means that rookies like HYUNMIN and Athan still have the opportunity to grow.

Overall I think with the situation in hand they did a good job revamping the roster. I see promise in HYUNMIN but I'm skeptical about Athan. Feels bad for BeYN especially, I think he was really really good.

Okay, for one, i obviously agree with your HYUNMIN take but i actually see a higher ceiling for HYUNMIN than BuZz.

And I think Athan in terms of utility is just as good, but not as apparent since he doesn’t play a scan initiator role. Athan also has a higher ceiling, and in terms of consistency, BeYN isn’t consistent at all.

You can actually just look at stats to see this, his stage 1 stats are pretty good, but onwards(the larger sample) there you’ll notice he hasn’t kept up with the others a lot. tbf scan ini isn’t his main role, but even so, you’d atleast want him to frage decently against the better teams. And if you look from stage 2 onwards. He had one good map against a top team.

just to be clear, i’m not saying by any means athan is an upgrade or anything, but it’s definitely not a con, just neutral, but that’s fine considering bro doesn’t even have real tier 2 experience whereas BeYN has.
