rough list but homonculus vagabond uzumaki dorohedoro 20th century boys, might read blame! this Christmas.
rn I want chill slice of life romance stuff that isn't absolutely fucking telegraphed like shonen/shoujo : stuff like wotakoi, also "behind the supermarket, smoking with you" is really good
not a big romance person so I can only recommend Seinen but you should read Hellsing, Usogui or Oyasumi Punpun
if you want a good Shounen that is underrated look at Akumetsu
the only "romance seinen" I know is Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You but mostly because it feels a lot more mature and grounded in reality as a romance compared to others, it isn't a Seinen with Romance though
punpun is on a list, I refuse to read hellsing (I like the abridged way too much lol), I'll check out akumetsu
