Romano has said it's provisional, but teams rarely will make the money to get out of this situation. Sucks to see one of the big teams in France lose their way.
If they owe that much money it is what it is. Allowing teams to operate recklessly is very dangerous for the sport
Problem comes when it seems like only certain teams seem to get punished for it. The criteria is just never consistent and that’s what makes it seem unfair
