Yes he's back. At first I didn't believe it when I heard he was buffed, I thought the range increase was negligible. After I actually jumped into a game and saw how big the radius is now, I couldn't believe my eyes.
Current situation: Just ended a game with 12 first bloods. Was on a 7 game win streak, 10 if I don't count the one loss in the middle. He is so back, I could cry.
