Duelist and IGL Sam Player?

Is it possible for a player to be duelist and IGL both at the same time?
if Yes, would it be a very difficult task to master?

Saadhak and shahzam when double duelist was strong are the only good examples… saadhak will prolly still do it in the future but for now nobody knows…

shahzam had good results, scream had awful results and saadhak had both. it really depends on the meta and how comfortable you are while dealing with chaos.
