Addressing the problems of team liquid valorant

Team Liquid has struggled with consistency, as seen in their varied match results. They have faced close matches, such as the recent loss to KOI, where individual performances fluctuated significantly​
they went from absolutely almost shitting on fnatic to do then fluke and getting destroyed,
but this is not even their main problem,
team liquid has a map pool of 3 maps,
which are lotus, ascent and icebox, (the only 3 maps where they can actually get rounds against teams)
and as you can see, its very little. so they need to work on strats on other maps.
another problem i wanted to address is their mid rounding, i've seen multiple times that team liquid looks lost, or uses default strats that are so decifrable, team liquid needs a bigger variety of strats, making it inprevedible.
another problem is their team, nAts is clearly their star player, but he cannot get activated because there is no support/calls from the team to help out him, and since hes the main lurker, its hard for him to pull a good lurk.
team liquid, also has a very very BAD mentality, like the keikos and the enzos one, that gets shattered after only a half,
i would like that liquid starts to address this problems, and start fixing them coming up in the stage 2 of this masters, since i know the potential of the team, that is full of old and new talent.
i know that people dont really care about team liquid, but i just wanted to drop this big ass essay about their problems,
