Team forms 3 months gets #2 EMEA , goes to Berlin , has one of the most cracked players in all of EMEA and ends up disbanding after 1 tournament
Team formed 1 year gets #6-7 nearly every tournament , hasnt done anything significant , worst statistical player of whole EMA , still getting paid up the most in EU
in what world are they consistent??? they never "rolled" any team most of their wins were really close. apart from Godkar, only reason they pulled through is cuz of Leo and Sayf's FAT back. their players are the most inconsistent
these kinds of roster shuffle ups are to be expected when valorant has such few tournaments
they keep roaster in PUBGm cause its cheap , and remove a valorant team with High potential .

My best guess is that they are unhappy that SMB bombed out of both Berlin and LCQ. A bit hasty on the part of management but I'm sure these players will be picked up by someone
you dont understand it, russz and paura doesnt want to play with TR teams because they dont have future and they play aim over strats.
pauras IGLing is not really great. he knows some shit but thats all what he has copied from others so his IGLing has limits and thats why they got read like a book last few games. russ might have good aim and shit but hes also to predictable and has literally no good qualities beside aim. he will never see big success as he is right now! mark my words!

Did you think of things like chemistry between players, talking about executes, set plays etc. Bro its not only „go a“, „Lets peek a main“. But yea I mean I’m not a Pro as well as you are not, so maybe I’m wrong
dude of course i havent wrote down all calls you make in games! its obv how they communicate... they don't write a book obv!
yea but no team is gonna bring in someone who cant speak the teams language fluently. You may be able to comm with broken English but you cant effectively vod review, brainstorm, strategize, build connections that form chemistry, etc. Thats not even taking into account how miserable it would be being the only one in a team setting who can't fluently communicate with the team/coaching staff.
Well, the next tournament for most teams it's only in 5 months. I expect much more orgs dropping their teams...
If u are not in Champions there'd nothing to u play until next year VCT.
