Skye: Heal becomes a regenerative ability, works similar to viper toxins, recharge rate will be much slower, however, with it recharging from empty to full in about 50s to 1 minute. Will help balance the awful bird change, helps Skye stay a decent pick without complete agent assassination while keeping the information nerf they were aiming for. Bird stays signature ability tho.

Sage: Slow orb becomes signature and regenerative ability, regenerates every 30 seconds, first agent with time regenerative Molly like ability, will help sage return to sentinel meta. Heal cost changed to 150 or 200. Slow orb will still have 2 charges, and you can buy the second charge for 200 all the same.

Deadlock: Wall regenerates every 50 seconds, minor change.

In my opinion, agents should still have at least one regenerative ability, through either kills or time, helps keep agents consistent and decent options for the pro meta (with the exception of Reyna, her ult does that for her kinda)

phoenix ult unkillable, phoenix 15 flashes, phoenix insta full health on kills, phoenix starts with 500 hp, phoenix wall instakills if walked through, phoenix built in aimbot, phoenix 50 bullet mag in vandal and 70 in phantom, phoenix molly covers 60% of the map

Very interesting solutions, but is much simpler than that in my opinion:

Skye:

Delete Character

Sage:

Delete character

Deadlock:

Delete character

All solutions above would 100% solve all issues with those characters.

Deadlock:

  • Wall is thrown like a cypher cage when you hit the key
  • Sonic Sensor can probably survive a rework to deafen people which sounds worse but situationally that is a hell of a debuff in the scenarios they want it to be used
  • crouch nade and ult are fine, there are things that could be done but not before something along the lines of what i said above

i think being able to place it and activate at a whim is way too overpowered, maybe that would work if they nerfed the hp of the wall
