just qd California servers and they dont speak portuguese... Terrible server!
just play london and frankfurt for best experience all other servers are full of zoo animal retards
frankfurt is the worst zoo lmao, you get turkish, germans, baguetts, some russian and even scandinavian (dunno why they dont just play stockholm tbh)

Nah actually Madrid is the one where English is talked less. From my experience in Paris and Frankfurt they mostly speak English. Sometimes two people w/same nationality will meet and sometimes they'll talk alone in their language, but it's very rare (especially in Frankfurt, in Paris talking in french is more common).
In madrid instead, they mostly speak Spanish. They probably will understand you if you speak English, but they won't change the language they are speaking in just for you.
my experience with madrid is pretty limited tbh, but i never had any language issues there
