It's lucky but if it weren't for the cypher ult he wouldn't have flicked in the first place
his expected reaction time is 165 (measured on like human benchmark) this is pretty slow for someone who is supposed to have insane mechanics, but his unexpected reaction time is insanely fast and probably around 250ms and the average is almost a whole second
