next year East Asia needs 2 slots, both EDG and ZETA both deserved to play in champs.

Americas and EMEA GC teams built differently
fennel GC won a map against TL BR,
X10 sapphire won against Kru GC.
This year SMG looks very strong and EDG GC have great firepower as well.
i think so too but edg needs to perform well for them to get more slots. Otherwise it won't happen.
Hopefully riot expands it to 16 teams but judging by what Leo Faria said in the past it is unlikely.
Right now with 8 teams the slot distribution is fine.
I don't really watch NA GC, but I do feel like EDG can give close matches, wouldn't put a pedestal of "far better".

yes we all know EDG are going out 0-4....i just want them to get some experience...no one is expecting them to win...lets us enjoy this moment....i guarantee you we will go out 0-4 at champs
EDG GC is not as weak as it seems only kru is weak team and NA is a fraud region in GC because non-binary advantage
