I think this game they will keep trading majors. Plus there will be a few surprises like Korea and maybe SEA.

I am somewhat neutral about this i mostly support the asian scene but for eu na I honestly think val na scene will end up like csgo na scene, top na pros will eventually focus on streaming, farming clips and slowly shifting towards being a content creator while eu be grinding their ass off and na wont even get close.

Agreed. With a constantly evolving meta and new things being added to the game frequently. I don't forsee CS style EU dominance (or vice versa) in this game.
