I think Brazil could win with the right team put together and given a couple years. They have good talent, just not quite there yet.

Vision Strikers were arguably the second/third best team at Berlin (close with Envy) cutting it really close with Gambit. They definitely have a chance.

Well even NA won a CS Major , i dont think counting underdogs out is an option
