If SEN beat F4Q they are also 3-1. Would the two teams play again to see who gets 1st seed or is it first to get the most wins?

No its based on rounds I think. Whoever has higher amount of positive rounds at the end is the #1 seed.

so it would be decided by (total rounds won - total rounds lost) factor

SEN will only be seed 1 if they win with a +24 rounds diff
