going into OT against a t3 team for the supposedly the 9th best team in NA is just sad. Soniqs are an average at best team

you gotta take into account that soniqs have been in NA for like 5 days and are still adapting to the meta/playstyle differences of moving regions. Its pretty stupid to expect them to perform at their best, especially this early on. 'average at best' my ass

Nitr0 maybe,
but Zombs?? rly bro?

#30

-3

Frags

–

Zombs is by far the best support omen in the world, you watch clips of SEN getting 4ks a lot of it is due to him

#32

5

Frags

+

–

yeah he's a great support Omen. people who say -Zombs are stupid because he's essential for Sentinels success. But saying he's a better player than Crunchy is silly because they have completely different roles. SQ already have 2 supports (bob and iyen) so crunchy is a more duelist style omen, similar to Nitr0.

#35

Frags

–

What. No. Absolutely not.

#36

3

Frags

+

–

If by best support omen in the world, you mean one of the worst tier 1 supports in North America, that statement becomes true

Also saying “support” vs “duelist” omen is just uneducated. Most omens are support. The only ones that aren’t are the ones that do slow lurks. Other than that, omens only job is to flash and smoke for the team. Omen is not a hard agent. You counterflash executes, flash in retakes and executes for your team, smoke where your team or yourself might want one. Every single omen player in Tier 1 North America can do all of these things effectively. Therefore, the only way to determine which omens are better than others is the damage per round and the impactful kills. Neither of which zombs is rated high.

Can't wait to see Soniqs play some better teams. I don't think they have much of a chance against Sen but they should be able to be a top 15 team in NA. I doubt they make stage 2 masters but I think they will be one of the team(like TSM, NRG and T1) that just miss out on making it. I hope they exceed my expectations since I've heard that the OCE playstyle is somewhat similar to BR. Should be very interesting to see how Soniqs perform.
