To be honest, it's very possible if vs can warm up early and get their head into the game, the one against prx wasn't played that well so if they show their true potential i feel it's possible
that is true, they looked pretty shaky. hopefully they can show how they really play tomorrow
yay took some time to warm up the last day and asuna did today as well , so it seems like NA jetts besides TenZ are taking some time to get going
If it happens tomorrow as well then NV 2-1 KRU
Ascend 2-0 VS but I really hope VS can pull off atleast a 1 map upset
SEN 2-0 F4Q sadly
The only map that F4Q have an opportunity to get against SEN is Split
F4Q look like they can defeat anyone or atleast go very very close on split

VS 2-0 ACE ( could go either way , if vs played like how they played against prx , theyre gonna get smashed , but if they play better , then 2-0 )

why do people think VS will even win a map? they struggled against PAPER REX... were they actually underperforming that game or what
so as a person who doesnt watch korea,
either theyre completely overhyped from the beginning ,
or they had a bad day and prx are just underrated
I dont know anything about the scene either but i think they are hyped to a normal level.
korea got 3rd at iceland so obviously they are the only region besides NA/EU people care about
but Acend are just too good, Im just surprised people think VS will even put up a fight?
Reasons the game was close:
1) VS and PRX scrim each other a lot, so obviously games are going to be closer since the two have a better read on eachother
2) PRX were underrated and f0rsaken was playing insane that game
3) VS are hiding their playbook for the match against Acend and didn't even use Lakia all game
People can interpret the game differentially, but this is what I think
Oh i should have read this comment before i posted a thread, it gives some good points
Ofcourse they were , rewatch the game it was so obvious , they were using the most basic strats , nothing fancy or out of the ordinary
I’m like 80% sure they were saving strats, but obviously I’m a little biased
They went 24-0 against PRX in scrims and probably felt confident
Also, a lot of people who have watched VS games described the PRX game as ‘VS pugging’
I don’t expect them to beat Acend but they are definitely better then what they showed in their opening match
