First map LCQ last year Kang Kang went 20 7 with chamber op and EDG destroyed the korean team 13 3. This was after he declared himself the best sniper in all of Asia. I was hook on the team after that.
Later they played Northception vs Meteor and the bind map went OT. Kang Kang did some of the craziest raze entry ever to hard carry the team to win 21 19. It was addicting to watch EDG play.

I also knew of EDward Gaming's future rise to stardom, propelled by their star jett player, zmjjkk. In fact, I knew on April 7, 2020, aka the start of VALORANT's closed beta.
I saw KK potential but his team wasn't at their best in LOCK/IN, glad they are popping off right now
