It'll most definitely come with time. For now Riot is probably looking to expand its playerbase to in the near future make it as big as League World Championships I think.
It would feel rushed out to start putting out a million dollar prize pools for a game that hasn't even reached its full potential.

Yes, If not that then atleast some third party tourneys big atleast.

I think Valorant Champion will have a big prize pool. Around 2-3 mil cuz of all the money they are making from the skins.
