They already did that. They signed Marved after Sick got into jail. Sick is not the 6th man and he is not part of the roster since then.

Then they can't get a player. Riot is not fucking dumb, they resigned Sick AFTER they knew what happened to him. You can't keep resigning a guy to then claim he is not okay and sign someone else. That makes 0 sense

Yes, it allows it a 1st time dude. Once, they got marved already, getting him back after you already had other 6th players is purposely signing someone to have an excuse and be able to bypass a rule
It's better to keep him signed, considering the situation SicK is in. It's easier to get him help or at least keep an eye on him.

99% sure that it's just an emergency 6th. There was a stupid rumor of Asuna being traded into SEN all because of a Twitter follow, but there's no shot that they would do that.
Sick as the 6th man is not a good look for sen and riot, so they prolly allow sen to pick up someone outside the franchise to replace sick under emergency sub situation.
Also franchise teams can trade players between themselves mid season, what’s not allowed is taking and/or dropping players in and out the franchise league.
Why is everyone saying it's the emergency clause because of Sick's situation? Have I missed something? They already used that to get Marved into the roster in place of Sick. They have 6 players, Sacy, Pancada, Zekken, Tenz, Marved, Dephh. Kicking dephh because he is awful is not an emergency

You're literally saying I can kick someone from my roster and sign someone else because I only have 5 players. It's not Riot's problem if they kicked dephh unless it's because of a justified reason. That's operating like if the window was opened when it's not
dephh isn't on the team he mutually left the team because he didn't want to play anymore
