honestly, if they were on the other side of the bracket, I'd say 15%. with how the bracket is now, Id say <1%
I think out of top three EG can probably only beat C9. So if C9 beat NRG imo it’s over for EG
I think just the opposite tbh. NRG and Loud are too disciplined in my eyes to lose to EG, I can see things snowballing against c9
Let him be he has 2022 guard bias. Youre right a team with unestablished rookies is the easiest team for underdogs because they might have issues coming back from tough leads.
yeah im sure its me being biased and not the fact that C9 has had the most dominant wins this entire split and have the best MD and RD. also that they went 8-1
New teams do worse in high pressure situations. Cloud9 has only been tested in league play and not playoffs.
Goes both ways. If eg start like they did on bind last series its not as likely c9 come back like nrg did especially in playoffs.
thats not a "comeback". NRG was playing a double wall comp that is far stronger at retaking and defending than attacking. NRG had an average attack half.
Dont remember the scoreline but it still stands. Even against a worse team if they start badly its more common c9 with 2 rookies break their mental much easier than NRG with only 1 semi-rookie or Loud that have already played a grand final.
I really don’t want them to qualify just for the reason that Demon1 won’t even be able to compete in Tokyo
