What do the slots look like for the LCQ EMEA?

Liquipedia says 7 EMEA slots and 1 MENA slot
Vlr says 9 EMEA slots and 1 MENA slot

Wondering which one is true cause I'd rather have it be 10 teams instead of 8, like the NA LCQ

I think LCQ EMEA is 7 teams from EMEA that are from 3rd to 9th in circuit points and 1 team from strike arabia.
Liquipedia is probably correct
