my man. We don't even have a CIS VRL anymore. There is not a single CIS team in Ascension/Franchise. All the players are spread out in EMEA. What CIS are you even talking about?
It isn't. The Ukrainians became a part of EU East recently in Valo, anyway I cheer for them and count as CIS, but it's just in my mind.
