Viable Phantom Nerfs

Shits getting ridiculous. The amount of kills being spammed/run n' gunned through smokes and full blind is fked.

They need to either-

Add tracers
Reduce the aimpunch

Doubt it needs a nerf. People will eventually go back to vandal because 1 tap

adding tracers to phantom just makes it a worse vandal 💀
