Latam North orgs?

Question why has any other region except Latam North specifically gotten into franchising?

cause theres no big orgs / fan base

latam north is good on fight video games but there isnt that much interest on fps games so orgs dont invest much money on the players or teams.

I mean vietnam, hongkong/taiwan, and oseania also don't have an org in the franchise league, the reason more or less the same, they just didn't have any orgs that are clouted enough to be in franchising

Using the region results over the last 2 years, they probably don't have much fanbase
