is it a better option to get trent and get rid of xeppa/leaf since they are flex initiators and not proper tier 1 initiators such as him? he is also way younger so he has more potential for the rest of years that cloud 9 will have on the league.

The key word is "in case" for those that are triggered
In other words, I doubt C9 will choke. They basically have the best player atm so surely C9 will be consistenly finished in podium place (Top 3)
I think if this c9 roster fails there will be a complete overhaul of the roster, because the only way is doesn't work is if the roles clash. All th players are competent and have proven themselves to br able to carry their own weight.
C9 can choke easily. I think Zellsis's raging mentality does not fit Yay's view. When they will got into first troubles this could be the reason of the downfall or roster changes + roles doesn't fit (xeppa and zellsis both entry initiators, not info) and Yay got Leaf's role as main sniper. They might be the typical superteam who fails coz of ego and role conflicts. 50/50
nah leaf wasnt specially good on op role he was more of a entry fragger when jett had her broken insta dash maybe the best dash abuser on NA and carried the team but when the dash got nerfed he sucked ass on jett just like any other jett dash abusers pretty much
