If he stays, its going to be as a back up or a content creator because no way he is on the starting 5 given everything we know so far.

He needs to really step up to revive his career but i don't think he'll be a franchise player

SicK is still one of the best players itw. People don't lose their mechanics and fundamentals in 6 months. Sure he will need a bit of catching up to do but in right environment he can contribute a lot.
