My guess is that Andbox ran out of money to spend on these big names and, due to them not showing the best of results, are making drastic (cheaper) changes
a lot of rosters that didnt make it to the playoffs are probably gonna make changes, NRG T1 C9 ABX IMT etc
if yay was absent that probably means el diablo will be picked up by a bigger org
If C9 make too many changes they won't be able to play in VCT Last chance quals
They can bring in 1 new player max, if more they lose all points
This is saying they replace anyone but xepa
