but isn't it bad for the player ? Assuming it's better for that player to sign to a franchise org
Depends on the wage ig, and if ur still trialing it's uncertain if ur gonna make it or not
its called job security man, they needed more money for the sake of their career sustainabilty. tbh if you're a pro player and signing for SEA orgs (spesifically indo orgs) there's a high chance you'll be getting paid by a minimum wage. its not fair for their future regarding how much talent that they have

most of the PC gamers should know basic english, not many speak it fluently, but should be able to understand. and talk in basic english

sebenernya kalo mau payer PH jg gpp asalkan player tier 1nya, yg jd masalah kan player tier 1 PH kebanyakan udh di TS dan kemungkinan yg lain bakalan diambil TS juga wkwk. Keknya RRQ pengen berhemat sama pengennya ambil jalur lambat deh mereka lebih percaya proses keknya wkwkwkkw. Jd jgn heran nanti kalo emg ujung2nya bakalan jadi samsak dulu diawal2 league, tp bukan berarti juga player PH jelek loh ya mereka msh bisa dilatih apalagi skrg kan coachnya udh ewok. Ya intinya kita boleh kesel tp jgn ngerendahin player PHnya juga sih, ntar kalo balik kena karma kan tiba2 RRQ kuat dileague kita yg planga plongo wokwokwokw

RRQ think theyre special, they think indonesian players will suck their **** to join their rosters, L org, ketar ketir kan sekarang pemain2 indo dilirik tim luar, indo players deserve much more,,,
I hope RRQ management rot in the deepest hell and get demoted out as soon as possible(I hope in the first year of franchise they got replaced by ascension teams), make a room for a better team and for better ecosystem competitive wise.
