Actually the region as a whole has a big problem which is the lack of competent coaches. To give you an idea of the Brazilian e-sports culture in Brazil, you became a coach for only 2 reasons: You failed miserably as a proplayer or you don't have the individual skills to become a proplayer. This leads to a generalized thought among the community as a whole of not taking the coaching staff's work seriously, so when the team offers a good coach the problems turn into players' ego that do not take the coach's work seriously for not accepting the opinion of a "failure". Now about FURIA, the problem lies in the mentality of the players themselves because if you take a technical look at FURIA's games, they always put themselves in a disadvantageous situation for some reason that I don't know. Yesterday against Outsiders they had the choice to ban Overpass or Inferno, FURIA's Overpass is VERY GOOD, but they banned it by choosing to play Inferno which they ALWAYS LOSE. I level 2 in Faceit can see this so it is impossible that the FURIA staff doesn't also realize the same thing, these bad choices are certainly decisions of the players themselves.
