Actually the region as a whole has a big problem which is the lack of competent coaches. To give you an idea of the Brazilian e-sports culture in Brazil, you became a coach for only 2 reasons: You failed miserably as a proplayer or you don't have the individual skills to become a proplayer. This leads to a generalized thought among the community as a whole of not taking the coaching staff's work seriously, so when the team offers a good coach the problems turn into players' ego that do not take the coach's work seriously for not accepting the opinion of a "failure". Now about FURIA, the problem lies in the mentality of the players themselves because if you take a technical look at FURIA's games, they always put themselves in a disadvantageous situation for some reason that I don't know. Yesterday against Outsiders they had the choice to ban Overpass or Inferno, FURIA's Overpass is VERY GOOD, but they banned it by choosing to play Inferno which they ALWAYS LOSE. I level 2 in Faceit can see this so it is impossible that the FURIA staff doesn't also realize the same thing, these bad choices are certainly decisions of the players themselves.
Completing my argument, why would someone who knows a lot about the game set out to develop as a coach if his work would not be valued? It's better to just spend all day practicing pixel, aim, and get to a divine mechanical level instead of using your brain. This is the cursed heritage of Brazil in FPS.
