NRG needs to do a complete overhaul none of their players deserve a spot in franchising
whether they deserve it or not, they just recently bought out Ethan for presumably a lot of money and likely wouldnt cut him so soon, and S0m has a huge brand so they’re probably gonna keep him(same reason 100T keep Asuna or SEN keep tenz)
wasnt it the players decision to bench/kick him? how is that related to 100T as an org? enlighten me

s0m is completely irrelevant compared to Asuna. Brand shouldn't even begin to be considered when thinking about keeping him on. It's clear he's a dead weight and NRG would do well to drop him.

Dapr is like the easiest to replace, why would they keep him. Also IGL's are pretty safe
som should be a full time streamer. ethan and maybe eeiu. only ones who should stay
s0m overhated imo. He's doing good imo. His neon and his chamber were so good and his raze is too. I will say tho, his KAY/O does need a bit of work
maybe not but some ppl acting like he's a consistent weak link for the team when that isn't really the case. The way I see it, when s0m pops off, NRG wins and when he doesn't, they lose.
Idk about that. I'd say that nrg's win or loss depends on tex popping off. He is inconsistent but still a major factor for their wins. Som tho he is average at best.
For me, teams should build around this players:
SEN: Dapr, Tenz
100T: Asuna, Derrek, bang
C9: Vanity Leaf Xeppaa
NRG: tex S0m
EG: JAWGEMO
These players have shown consistency, or give results in other ways.
Every team should start to get either Optic roster players/IGL's to start to build the roster
Available NA IGL's that i consider good on top of my head (might be missing some):
TOP 3: valyn, dephh, vanity(should not leave c9)
Honorable mentions: NiSMO(should be a good priority, as he is a good IGL, and good stats lately, crazy good raze/kayo).
POISED (not sure as i dont know how good he is as an IGL, but showed good results overall).
steel (Arguably the most hate/love relationship with him, as his past in CSGO + recency drama, has put a toll on him, but his time in 100T was a good team to watch and see how did they developed, but in T1 could not get same level of teammates+he got inconsistent with his role in the team, playing initiator/sentinel/smokes).
stellar (inconsistent on stats but with a good coaching staff behind he got a lot of experience recently, still a really intelligent IGL, might not stay for a better option).
shahzam (really hardworking, as he took an IGL role without coach for a long time, and took a toll on his performance, but with a duelist/chamber role should be a better match, but not on SEN),
ethan/hazed (dunno about this one, i dont like his style but they showed some result on the latest, ethan got on a downfall on stats tho his classic is the best, hazed got better results on NRG but not consistent).
Subroza (I think he proved he was a good IGL at the end, with a variaty of performances, but dont know were to rank him, as TSM did not show up at the last moment, still a good option)
Other mentions, not sure tho: trick, POACH, Boostio/c0m (mb should be up), effys/zander(zander is great, he is not showing the numbers he got in challengers 1, but still young player with lots of potential, but a little overrated, might be wrong tho, effys is a good IGL just not shown the results, but he is clutch player tho) dazzle. Knights IGL is good also, i think he was Frosty. Also, King, pho, ohai are good options for tier 2 maybe.
Som? Everyone in nrg probably played better than him ngl. Eeiu is clearly their best player. Also dapr isn't that good or consistent. I'd sick is a way safer option
eeiu is so underrated tbh, I think he could play on a franchised team and put up good numbers
