I understand that they have no players and I doubt other big orgs will sell theirs as they can still get a spot next year. so there will be large skill gap between fnatic, TL and the rest. In other words not competitive.
Lol dude no, that's not how it works. Every single top player will have a team. GUILD are all FA, M3C are all FA, FPX are all about to be FA. Also every org in franchising is getting about a million bucks from Riot, and they are already huge orgs, ALL OF THEM, so they can basically buy out anyone they fucking want. There's gonna be several super teams next year
Do you think G2 gonna sell? NOPE, their players have no chance to play at highest level next year.
Same goes for most FPX, Guild, Acend, OG... players.
Best case if franchised teams will need to fill a role, then maybe some free agents will get a chance.
