Riot have to give one slot to a Turkish team to have someone represent them. The options were Fire Flux, Wildcats, BBL and FUT, being the most reasonable BBL due to the fanbase, Riot confidence on them and their economic stability
As an additional information, rumors say nats has flown to Amsterdam after Istambul. Just saying
Liquid is the only major org from the netherlands, so that would be the likely option if this is the case

tbf in liquid announcement, they did say dimasick will be joining for the remainder of the season, so i assumed he’s like a stand in. i thought the slot would be reserved for the igl.
Yeah, he is not what Liquid needs long term wise, he did well while it lasted but moving on time tho
