They wont sign players who live in Russia. But if fpx doesn't make it to franchising they should just sign their roster I think Suygetsu moved out of Russia, don't know about shao but might be doable.
They are gonna probably get non CIS players. A really good option for them would be Boo actually, he is really good player and IGL, not CIS but he does speak Russian so that could be great
